PROJECT DETAILS: For those of you who want to revamp a spare space in your house that doesn’t have a designated function - start by asking yourself how the space is currently used and what “experience” you’re missing in your home! For this project, my clients wanted a family room that could fit the whole family for movie night, plus act as a cozy den for hosting friends for drinks in a comfortable but elevated way. What did we end up with you ask? A punchy space that added personality and funk to the whole house without feeling like it stepped outside of my client’s defined aesthetic. We love a good moody room yes we do.
