The best thing about a builder grade townhome is that you have a blank slate to get as weird as you want. Lucky for me, my client wanted to get really weird. We started with one ceiling light, white walls, and a standard vanity. We ended with a full mural wallpaper wrap from Mind the Gap, a moody green wainscoting on the lower portions of the walls, an architectural wall sconce for softer ambient lighting, and a new vanity to tie it all together. Safe to say it doesn’t feel so “builder grade” anymore!
